Royal Fix Auto Repair has been keeping Hamilton drivers on the road for over fifteen years. We're a small shop on purpose — every car gets the owner's attention, every estimate comes from someone who'll be here next year too.
We don't sell you what you don't need. If your car's fine, we'll tell you. If something's about to fail, we'll show you the part. Either way, you leave with a straight answer.

Do I need an appointment, or can I just drop in?
Drop-ins are welcome and we'll always try to fit you in same-day. For bigger jobs (brakes, suspension, safeties) a booked slot guarantees a bay and a quicker turnaround. Call (647) 978-1871 or use the form below.
Will you give me a quote before starting work?
Yes — always in writing. We diagnose first, then send you a quote (with photos if it helps). Nothing gets touched until you say go. The diagnostic fee is waived if you approve the repair with us.
Do you work on hybrids and EVs?
Hybrids — yes, including most Toyota, Honda, Ford, and Hyundai models. Full EVs we'll handle the brakes, tires, suspension, and 12V systems; for high-voltage battery work we'll refer you to a certified specialist.
What's your warranty?
12 months or 20,000 km on parts and labour, whichever comes first. Premium parts often carry longer warranties — we'll tell you when that applies. Warranty is honoured at the shop, no hassle.
How much is an Ontario Safety Standard Certificate?
We'll quote you up front for the inspection before any work begins. If anything fails, we give you the option to repair with us or take it elsewhere — no pressure, and the re-inspection is free if you fix it here within 10 days.
Do you offer loaner cars or shuttles?
We have a short courtesy shuttle within Hamilton for longer jobs (call ahead to book). For multi-day repairs we partner with a local rental — ask and we'll set it up.
Can you handle a pre-purchase inspection on a used car?
Absolutely. We do a full mechanical walk-through, OBD scan, brake/suspension check, and rust assessment, and we'll quote you up front. You get a written report you can take to the seller or walk away with.
